Had a recent game VS space marines with my DE. Was not the most exciting game as my opponent played very defensively. The mission was victory points and there was only about a 70 point split at the end (in my favour)
I took a Duke list. All in all the game only lasted 5 turns. A few highlights:
The more I play against a gunline army the more I wish I had a WWP. In the list that I wanted to play I had the grotesques and the WWP... sadly I forgot them at home and therefore had to run my old "kabal" style list. Although I did run the razorwing, once again it proved to be quite effective and did not die at the end of the game! I was quite happy about that result.
Cheers!

WhIP Hellions
On this installment of WhIP :D (see how I gave it a Dark Eldar spin?) I have the first hellion of 15... I have decided to do all the skin first as I have no clue what to do the rest of the armour or army for that matter yet... So this will get me started.
I know the camera is not the best. But what do you think?
The recipie:
3:1 Elf Flesh:Khomando Khaki
Devlan mudd wash
base coat of Elf Flesh
gryphone sephia wash
elf flesh (very light and watered down)
And I still have not done the last step but its a final blend of elf flesh + bleached bone.
Thoughts?
Cheers!

1500pts Vs White Scars
This was a game I had the 27th of December against my friends white scar army in progress. We were testing our tournament lists for the upcomming tournament season at Spellbinder in Woodstock ON.
This was the DE list that I was using:
I ran the 3 grots (friggin awesome) and the hellions with the Baron.
This was the table:
Turn 1 was non existent to both of us as we entirely reserved our armies. I won the roll off and made him go first, after all, it was an objective based mission:
Turn 2 saw his WW and two bike squads arrive. I had some raiders, and ravagers show up.
Turn 3 Saw the Khan show. And my hellions, that then shot at the bike command and killed the apothecary! (yikes)
The 3 grotz were shot at by almost the entire army, and then assaulted by the Khan and the remmant sarge of one of the bike squads... the grots did awesome, and did not lose any of their number (each left with one wound!) the only casualty was the heamonculus... and then they successfully ran away! HA!
All in all. My opponent tapped out turn 5... with only a whirlwind left on the table, far from any of the objectives. He did note that the addition of poison to the DE arsenal has made this match up a lot tougher than it used to be (its true, we used to play all the time before and the games were a lot closer... but the poison really leveled the playing field.)
Cheers!
